Dr. Jacques Doueck
Dr. Jacques Doueck is the founder of Doueck Dental in Brooklyn. Having been a practicing dentist for over 40 years. A Brooklyn native, Dr. Doueck received his undergrad at Brooklyn College, later attending the University of Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine. Now, his office on 563 Kings Highway has the status of an institution. It’s where you go for state-of-the-Art Cosmetic Dentistry if you want to be relaxed about going to the dentist.

After graduation, Dr. Doueck’s first practice was in Deal, New Jersey, where he practiced until opening his Brooklyn office in 1981. His list of accreditations includes a postgraduate certificate from NYU in Prosthodontic and certification by the Academy of Laser Dentistry in Hard and Soft Tissue Laser treatment. He is a certified Solea™ Laser dentist which makes a dental visit comfortable without getting a shot.
He has written many articles in Community magazine and is a frequent contributor to various professional journals, health related publications. Dr. Doueck has hosted a radio show discussing various health topics.

In practice since 1977, he has been doing cosmetic dentistry since 1979. That year, when he had his practice in Deal, New Jersey, there was an article in the Asbury Park Press featuring his office, explaining what he was doing in cosmetic dentistry using cosmetic bonding. It talked about how he was able to help people improve their self-confidence and just feel better about themselves overall through cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Doueck uses a laser instead of a drill to make dentistry more comfortable and even fun. His patients really love it because, there is no numbing. You are comfortable and you leave without a numb lip or face as well. Even if numbness is needed The computerized “Wand” will have you leaving without a numb lip or tongue.

By putting himself in the other person’s shoes, he likes to give his patients hope. When they come in, he likes them feel the positive feeling at that visit. Obviously, he is looking for areas of concern, but more important than that, he looks for the positive in their situation. They should walk out feeling, what’s good about their situation. For example, he tell them, “hey, let’s look at your gums and jaw bones.” He measures every tooth, all the gum readings around every tooth, to catch Periodontal Disease. If there are some things that aren’t so great I’ll say, “okay, these are some areas of concern, but look here. Ninety percent of your gum readings are fantastic.” That hope and positivity is very important.
Often, the greatest success is taking a patient who’s terrified of the dentist and demonstrating for them that they don’t need to be fearful. That can be just as rewarding as changing someone’s self-image with a new, cosmetic smile, which is also immensely satisfying. For Dr. Doueck, those are the most rewarding experiences.

Dr Kassab graduated from Shaare Torah High school with salutatorian award. He attended and graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College earning a bachelor degree in Biological Sciences. He was a recipient of the Golden Key from the National Honor Society. He then went on to receive his doctorate degree from New York University College of Dentistry, followed by advanced training in all areas of dentistry at Methodist Hospital residency program.. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Second District Dental Society.
Dr Kassab has completed advanced training in Invisalign Orthodontic treatment and has years of completing cosmetic cases in conjunction with invisalign treatment.His passion for dentistry didn’t end there Dr Kassab has furthered his education by completing an advanced training in surgical extractions, Bone Augmentations and dental implant placement procedures. He has over 15 years of experience in restoring complex implant prosthesis restorations. He is devoted to remaining at the forefront of digital implant dentistry and is constantly building on his knowledge and clinical technique with advanced courses and continuing education. With his background in aesthetic dentistry and passion for technology, Dr. Kassab offers his patients a unique comprehensive approach to implant dentistry, combining skillful, artistic technique with digital/computer guided planning and design.
Dr. Kassab comes from a family of health care professionals. His father practiced internal medicine for over 20 years. . Dr. Kassab provides family dental care for adults and children. His patience and bedside manners while performing pediatric dentistry reduces the burden of the visit on the kids and their parents. He is a certified Solea™ Laser dentist which makes a dental visit comfortable without getting a shot.
